Birth Doula Package

$1200.00

  • 3 Prenatal Visits

  • Continuous Labor Support ( In Home or Hospital)

  • On call Support from 37 Weeks Until Birth

  • Immediate Postpartum Support (1-2 Hours after birth)

  • 2 Postpartum Visit within that first month After delivery

  • Childbirth / Breastfeeding Education

  • Personalized Birth plan

Postpartum Doula Package

$50.00 / Hour

Weather its you’re 1st or your 5th, acclimating a new baby into the family can be tricky. Caring for a new baby comes with big changes—emotionally, physically, and mentally. As your postpartum doula, I offer gentle, nurturing support during this tender time. I provide guidance with newborn care, emotional check-ins, light household help, and breastfeeding support—so you can rest, heal, and feel confident in your new role.

Childbirth Education Classes

$50.00 / Class

  • The Basics (All you need to know about Epidurals, other options, Inductions, Episiotomies,Delayed Cord Clamping, Episiotomies, Placenta Encapsulation.

  • What Is Labor?  (learn all that happens when you go into labor)

  • Labor Tools (Comfort Measures, Stretches, Breathing techniques, Birth ball uses, Rebozo uses) Helpful class for partners!

  • Basics of Breastfeeding (Latching, Positions And more)

  • Newborn Care ( Newborn Appearances, Hospital procedures, Swaddling, Bathing, Diaper changing, Baby cues) Great for new parents

  • Infant Safety (SUIDS, Safe sleep, Car safety, Poison Control, Shaken baby syndrome, How to calm a crying baby)

  • Preparing for Postpartum (Common physical and emotional changes, Mental health such as postpartum depression postpartum anxiety, postpartum rage, Making a Postpartum plan, finding resources in your community.
