Can I still use your services if I’m planning a hospital birth?

Yes! I support all types of birth settings — hospital, home, or birth center — and work collaboratively with your medical team to ensure you feel safe, informed, and respected.

Absolutely. I support all birth experiences, including planned cesareans and VBACs (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean). I help you feel prepared, supported, and emotionally grounded throughout the process.

When should I hire a doula?

The earlier the better, especially if you’d like help preparing for birth or attending childbirth classes. However, I can join your journey at any stage of pregnancy, as long as I’m available near your due date.
